1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping delivery time is 4–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Estimated total delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days (processing + transit time).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information

Trimexs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been transferred to them.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping (if offered) applies only to qualifying orders and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Trimexs is not liable for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Packages returned to sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

Trimexs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
